Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and qualified First Grade Teacher to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be a creative and engaging educator with a heart for teaching and a commitment to integrating a biblical worldview into the classroom.

General Responsibilities: 
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the school’s curriculum and biblical worldview.
Create a positive and nurturing learning environment that fosters student growth and development.
Teach foundational reading and writing skills, including phonics, phonemic awareness, and fluency.
Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning community. Maintain accurate and timely records of student progress.
Participate in professional development opportunities.
