NICS Staff Alumni Application Update

This application update is for individuals who were previously employed by a NICS school and desire to rejoin the Network after an absence of one semester or more. It is an abbreviated version of the NICS application which simply asks for an update in pertinent sections.

Additionally, this application is to be used by individuals who are currently serving in a Network school and wish to transfer to another Network school.
